Ryan Malanoski has been an active community member of Columbus, Seymour, Franklin, and Greensburg for several years.  With this area being well diverse, with great points of interest, architectural significance, and employment, he is proud to call Columbus, Indiana home.

As a realtor, his first priority is to make his clients happy and to strive to demonstrate the highest level of integrity and commitment. He pledges to listen to each of his clients’ wants and needs to achieve the best outcome for every transaction. Ryan says, “I am more than just a realtor. I am an advisor, consultant, and friend. I believe my clients deserve a professional, enjoyable, and stress-free experience.” He also has experience as a certified and licensed home inspector and has construction background.

He has a 19-year-old son and comes from a large close-knit family, so he embraces housing challenges from young professionals to active retirees. When he isn’t making home ownership dreams come true for his clients, he enjoys spending time with his family and friends. He has volunteered hundreds of hours of his time to help with charities, benefits, and even volunteered with the Special Olympics. Ryan is currently a volunteer firefighter and has served his community for several years.
